First, we need to say that smoking is not permitted in the cottage.

High quality bed linen and towels for your personal use and for the kitchen are provided free of charge. (Though we would ask you to supply your own beach towels please). We also make no charge for heating or electricity.

The cottage has matching close-carpeting in the living room, bedroom and entrance hall, high quality cushion flooring in the kitchen and bathroom areas, and has been tastefully furnished and decorated throughout. Modern gas-fired central heating is installed throughout the cottage, and you can set this to 'your' required temperature by using the thermostats on each radiator

The bedroom has twin beds, an en-suite shower-room (shower, toilet and washbasin), bedside cabinet, bedside lamp, clock radio, chest of drawers and a chair.

The living room has two easy chairs and a sofa that can convert to a double bed (a good one!) if required. Additionally there is a colour television, video, occasional table, and a bookcase full of books, jigsaw puzzles and general information brochures.

The kitchen has high-quality fittings and furnishings.   These include:

A fridge with large freezer compartment, a 4 ring electric hob, a combi-microwave which functions as a microwave or a conventional oven or a grill, a toaster and electric kettle etc.. All the cooking utensils you will need are provided and we have also provided more than the normal 'one per person' ratio of crockery, cutlery and glassware (isn't it irritating when there's only one of everything - all that fiddly washing up!). Besides an iron, ironing board, clothes line and pegs, we will also provide consumables such as washing liquids and soaps, cleaning materials and toilet rolls.

The entrance hall has a large fitted wardrobe.

And last, but perhaps the most important point, on your arrival you will find everything to be spotlessly clean.
